Gallbladder CleanseFor Prevention and Elimination of Gall Stones
It only makes sense to do the gallbladder cleansing together with the liver detox. The gallbladder sits under the liver. There is a duct from the liver to the small intestine which is joined by a duct from and to the gallbladder. The liver frequently makes and secrets bile. Some of it goes directly into the small intestine, but most of it gets to be stored in the gallbladder. When the food containing fat enters the digestive tract, the bile is released from the gallbladder down the bile duct into the small intestine. The bile breaks down fats and neutralizes acids in partly digested food. Bile consists of cholesterol, lecithin, calcium, bile salts, acids and waste materials among other things. When the bile salts and cholesterol get out of balance with each other gall stones can form directly in the gallbladder. Regular gallbladder cleanse helps to prevent formation of the gallstones. Cholesterol stones are formed by eating a "white trash diet": sugar, white bread, pasta, pastries, sodas, etc., lots of meat and by not eating enough vegetables. When the protein content of diet is low and just the sugars are eaten, the calcified stones began to form along with the softer cholesterol ones. Gallstones can cause inflammation of the gallbladder, a disorder that produces symptoms similar to those of indigestion, especially after a fatty meal is consumed. If a stone becomes lodged in the bile duct, it produces severe pain. About 90% of gallstones provoke no symptoms at all. The chance of developing pain is about 2% per year after stone formation. On average, symptoms take about 7 years to develop. So, you would never know that the stones are forming until they start causing serious problems. And you must know that in severe cases they are removed surgically. That is why it is so important to prevent gallstone formation. Altering your diet and doing regular liver and gallbladder cleansing should do the job. |
